PLC & HMI Programming

We have extensive expertise in programming most makes of PLC including Siemens S7-200, S7-300, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi and Omron. This is offered as part of a complete system, including build, or as PLC programming only projects. We will also modify your existing PLC programs.

To compliment PLC programming we also program HMI displays (human machine interface) from simple text displays to large touch screen graphic displays with recipe and alarm handling. HMI overview screen from a typical project shown below:

January 2010. A livestock feeding system PLC & HMI project has been completed for a customer in Japan. The system is built to allow the emulation of multiple "livestock feeding Manager control units" on a Mitsubishi GOT HMI via a PLC with RS232/485 interface.
